Our Philosophy
First Visit
What to expect at your first visit
The first visit consists of a comprehensive consultation, full intake and assessment, a 30-minute personalized treatment session, and recommendations -including herbal support totaling up to 75 minutes. Each treatment plan is created and tailored to your needs and helps you reach your health goals.
Initial Consultation + Treatment
Our practitioner will go over your health history with you and may ask detailed follow-up questions. Depending on your condition, the practitioner may use Traditional Chinese Medicine methods, such as taking a glance at your tongue, abdominal palpation, and taking your pulse. This process will help us better understand the root problem and formulate a personalized treatment plan for you. First visit may take up to 75 minutes to allow time for consultation and a 30-minute treatment session.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete additional forms and sign consent forms.
